Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You're responsible for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Billing
The service costs $29/month after a 14-day free trial. We'll bill the card on file at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Refunds are at our discretion and generally given for billing errors.
What we don't do
Escape The Float is software, not an accountant. The forecasts, statements, and calculations we produce are based on the data you provide. They are not tax advice, audit-quality financial statements, or legal guidance. Talk to a CPA for advice on tax filing, audits, or compliance matters.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users. You can terminate your account anytime from settings.
